Weekly 5 – NFL Plays Week 2 (Bonus Parlay Included).

NFL Weekly 5

Well, week one is in the books in the NFL, and what a tough week it was.  It’s always hard for me without having seen how teams are jelling.

With a 1-4 record in week 1, things can only — I hope — get better.

The good news is that the “best bet” hit, so people may want to focus attention on that until we get a flow for things early on this season.

With that said, my best bet for week 2 is the Philadelphia Eagles, at home, on Monday Night. The Eagles are favored so it’s not a big pay out, and playing the 1-0 Vikings after the Purple gang manhandled the Packers, this is far from a lock.

Still, I’m making the Eagles the week’s top pick as they played a solid opener in a win over Detroit, especially on offence.

The talk of the league is the Chiefs, who didn’t seem to miss a beat without Tyreek Hill.  While the Chargers look ready to contend again I’m going with the Chiefs, as a tier 2 bet, at home on the money line.

Sunday 1 PM

The Browns and Jets are the lowest over/under on the board.

I understand that these are not powerful offenses, but the Browns in particular have enough talent to make me believe this game will go over, I’m making this a tier-1 bet.

Sunday, 4pm window

Did anybody watch Monday Night Football? How can the Seahawks be getting 9.5 points from the 49ers (who lost to the Bears)?

I’m on the Seahawks, against the spread. with the points, it’s that simple. Tier-2 bet

Sunday Night

Again, simple Bears getting 9+ from Green Bay. How? Already mentioned the Bears week one win and the Packers miserable show against the Vikes.

I’m on the Bears, taking the points, against the spread.  Tier-1 bet.

SPECIAL Parlay pick

I’m going in on the Rams, Raiders and Bill’s– all favourites — on the money line.

I’m not usually a parlay guy but I like this one.  If it comes through you will double your investment.
