In the last couple of weeks, we’ve fallen off a bit. We’re looking for a big week to bounce back, so let’s get right into it!
Alouettes @ Tiger-Cats – Second Place on the Line
Hamilton is favoured, giving Montreal three at Tim Horton’s field in the Steel City.
I’m taking Hamilton at home, but I’m playing it safe and stating on the money line.
Lions @ Roughriders – Battle for Third
The lines opened giving 2.5 points. While you can never count out the Riders at Mosaic, I think this is a “prove it” game for BC, and that’s what I believe they will do.
I’m taking the Lions to cover the spread in my Play of the Week.
Blue Bombers @ Stampeders – Who’s the League’s Best?
I admit, I’ve been a Winnipeg skeptic all year, just because it is so hard to keep focused after back-to-back titles. So far, the Champs have proven me wrong, but I expect them to falter at McMahon.
The line opened with Calgary giving a point. I put my money on the Stamps to cover.
The line has moved by Wednesday and the Stamps are +2. I think the Stamps win the game. You can take the points, but there is more cash to be made with Calgary on the money line as long as they are underdogs.
Redblacks @ Argonauts – Worst Visits First
I like Toronto at home, knowing full well the Redblacks are bound to get in the won column soon.
But my money is on the under of 47.5. This is my first under pick for the season. I think it’s possible the Double Blue win the game but only score around 20.
